The location is fantastic with many bars & restaurants nearby. The studio is large - 2 huge windows and high ceilings so lots of light. You can either use the mezzanine area with a mattress, or you can use a sofa bed downstairs to sleep. The mezzanine means there is a lot of space downstairs. There is storage both upstairs and downstairs where I store my clothes, shoes, suitcases, ski's and other boxes & equipment. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and 2 cupboards. An exposed brick wall and fireplace give it some charm. This is perfect location as you can walk to Union Square, LES, Soho, Greenwich Village, West Village, and you are one stop from Brooklyn. Some shared outdoor space. Very quiet as the apartment looks onto the garden.
