Hi! I currently have a lease at the Hub in Downtown Brooklyn. It's below what they would market it for now because I was one of the first tenants and it is subject to rent stabilization. The lease is up on June 30 but my wife are looking to move on March 15 (also open to April 1). We are looking for someone to take over the lease on either date -- rent would be $3151.58 until 6/30/2020 which is when the lease will expire. The renewal offer would be extended to the new resident based off that figure, so they would be offered a 1.5% increase for a 1 year lease or 2.5% increase for a 2 year lease. Any applicant would still have to go through the normal Hub tenant screening process.

Building has incredible amenities. In-unit washer/dryer + dishwasher.
