I will be moving to Los Angeles for a job opportunity on April 1st and will be gone for at least a year, with the intention of moving back to New York City after the job is finished. I am looking for someone to sublet my 1.5 bedroom apartment for a minimum of 1 year. The sublease could very possibly extend to 2 years and preference will be given to people who can easily extend the sublease.

It is a spacious, light-filled, affordable 1.5 bedroom apartment in the heart of Williamsburg, conveniently located next to subways, bars, restaurants & shops. The apartment can work as a large one bedroom apartment or a cozy two bedroom apartment. The second bedroom/lounge room has a daybed that folds out to a full king-sized bed with a comfy memory foam mattress. There is a separate kitchen/dining room and a small bathroom.

The neighborhood and building is safe, secure, fun, friendly, and happening! The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historic walk-up building. Please note, there are no elevators!
