Additionally, our apartment is nestled a bit farther away from the typical touristy areas of midtown, so you truly won't have to worry about it feeling busy. It's a gem of a neighborhood over here, and has a great community.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Yes, you read that right. This apartment has a giant private patio space that can be ALL YOURS. We have enjoyed this space immensely for years, hosting dinner parties and is truly an escape from the city life when you need it. (Can you believe this place is priced at what it is with this outdoor patio?!?)
OTHER AWESOME STUFF: On top of the private outdoor space this apartment has laundry in the building, a DISHWASHER, crown molding, tall ceilings, two giant closets with ample storage space...the list goes on. Pets are allowed as well.
