Hi!! I’m Jillian and i’m a fifth year LMU student looking for a roommate! Two bedroom condo in PDR! Super close to LMU, less than a ten minute drive. Looking for a roommate for the second room! You would have your own bathroom and own room. We have a dish washer in the kitchen. Kitchen is open to the living room which is great for conversation! Living room has a full floor to ceiling glass wall (has drapes to cover when wanted!!!) with the balcony and has amazing sunset views! Washers and dryers are in three buildings throughout the complex. Really large complex has multiple pools, a gym, tennis court, and parking! All utilities are included in rent! We have an outdoor balcony that is really nice to go out on in nice weather as well! Must be okay with living with a cat! His name is Buffy he’s two years old and super friendly and playful!
