My Husband and I are moving out of the city and looking for someone to take over the lease of our AMAZING apartment for the last 5 months of our lease, with option to extend beyond. We've been here for 2.5 years and absolutely love the apartment (we'd buy it if we could!).
About the apartment:
1. Our one of its kind in the building, one bedroom corner unit boasts floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry and a large bedroom (could easily fit a king). We are the first tenants since the apartment was completely renovated.
2. The building has a 24h doorman, elevator, in-building gym and a roof deck with 360° views of the city. It also allows pets (including big dogs!).
3. Speaking of convenience, the apartment sits above a 24h Duane Reade with a Citi Bike station steps from the front door. Close proximity to the tunnel makes it super easy to get to and from LGA & JFK, too.
4. The building is very well managed (we've been here for 2.5 years and it's our second building managed by this company), with a really responsive staff of repairmen who have fixed all of our small issues within 48 hours.
5. We have tons of storage- our front hall closet is massive (bigger than it looks in the layout!) and our bedroom closets are tall and deep.
6. Because we signed our lease years ago, our unit is one of the least expensive 1 bedrooms in the building (per square foot)- assuming our lease would ensure you're able to lock in at a lower rate in a great building, too!
