This is a second floor studio, 15 minutes from the 30 ave station and 10 minutes from the 46th St station. I managed to get an apartment through NYC housing so I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting March 1st. I am wiling to negotiate up to 2/15 for an earlier move in date.
