I'm the current tenant in this unit, but I'm being forced to break my year lease for an employment opportunity in another state. This apartment (#18A) has been an amazing place for my boyfriend and I since last summer. This opportunity would be to take over our lease for the remaining three months- a great way to try out a luxury building without committing to a year lease, then once the lease is up at the beginning of July, you can either resign or move out.
