There's a 160 sq/ft room becoming available in our amazing 2000 sq/ft bushwick artist's loft.
It's a 2nd floor room that features 10ft ceilings, and full wall of eastern facing windows.
The loft itself is home to 5 artists from all disciplines, with a fully functioning wood shop and accompanying studio space in the common area. The common area is a huge open area with 22ft ceilings and incredible natural light. There is a large kitchen, and 1 1/2 bathrooms.

The people living here are pretty tight knit, and open to all kinds of personalities. We love adding to the group, and many of the people who have spent time living here will often continue to come through for the family style vibe we have going on. We also love hosting new people to the city, so if you are just moving to town, we can accommodate that! We are open to couples, but if you are a couple, the listed price will be increased somewhat to account for the extra usage of common space and resources.

The building itself is a creative hub in the neighborhood, with events and collaborations happening constantly.

The neighborhood is up and coming with new bars and restaurants popping up every day, including a circus gym/event space just down the block. Our block has an industrial atmosphere, but there are basic amenities just around the corner. It's a little out of the way from the city, but the L train is 2 blocks away, and for those of us who live here, we enjoy not being right in the thick of it.
