Studio is in a brand new, pet friendly building (just opened May 2016) and has awesome amenities including: in-unit w/d, two roof decks, gym in the building, doorman, communal work space, garage parking, bike room, pay rent online, etc. Rent is $2,875/month and includes everything other than cable/internet and electric. My utilities generally run by $50-65/month.
