It has an amazing (and huge!) private terrace with views of the Empire State building, the Highline and the Hudson. It's perfect for hosting summer get-to-togethers. Huge windows throughout the apartment allow you to appreciate the views even while indoors. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, a dishwasher, ice machine and lots of kitchen cabinet space. The bathroom is unique for the city in having a window.

You can't beat the closet space: there are two large closets in the bedroom, a large walk-in hallway closet, a coat closet and a linen closet that can also be converted into a bar cabinet. Heat and air conditioning is controlled via an in-unit system.

The building is amazing. There is a 24/7 doorman, an onsite gym and a fantastic rooftop with several grills available for tenant use. The views of the city and the Hudson are incredible. There's additional outdoor space on the third floor.
