-$1550/month: heat & hot water included (total rent is $3300/month)
-Electricity / Internet is split
-half month or 1 month rent (depends on start date), security deposit, and $575 application fee for management.

The apartment is very spacious and the 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment, which is great for privacy. The apartment faces the back so it's very quiet.

It's a 5th floor walk-up of a safe building (a gate and 2 doors), and security cameras on each floor, with a virtual doorman. There are multiple laundromats right nearby. Endless options of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars in the area. A gem apartment in East Village!
Whole Foods and Trader Joes are walking distance. The N, R and 6 train stations are a 3 minute walk.
