This is an elevator and doorman building with amenities including large laundry facility on-site, a gym, a roof deck, and a recreation room on the roof. There is a super on-site. The apartment has all new appliances, central A/C and heat, and is pet-friendly and ground-level. There is a small grass area immediately outside our door (which is great if you have a dog).

The street we are up against is very quiet, but the neighborhood is great - Lil' skips is across the street, quite a few good bars and restaurants are in the immediate area, and there are a couple of good grocery stores nearby.

It is about a 4 minute walk to the Central M, a 5 minute walk to the Myrtle J-M-Z express stop, and about 12 minutes to the Morgan L.
