It's located in a prime area of Chelsea, close to the ACE, 123, L, BDFM subways, and walking distance to the West Village. The current tenants are 2 friendly, respectful young female professionals. The rent is unbeatable for the area ($1,493/month) and the apartment has a large kitchen/living space. These photos were taken at night, but the apartment has great natural light.
