Newly renovated on a quiet tree lined street with dishwasher, huge fridge, living and dining areas, large bathroom. The room is large enough for full size bed, dresser, bookshelf, desk and closet and has three big windows and exposed brick. Laundry half block away.

The roommates are great - 1 female and 1 male in their mid twenties (lgbtq friendly). They both work full time and are happy to watch Netflix together with beer/cocktails or hang out in their rooms. Very respectful, open minded and nice people.

I’m only moving out to shorten my commute and help out my best friend who needs someone to take over her lease. Looking forward to meeting!
