Looking for someone to take over the studio in UWS on 75th street! It's half of block from central park and close to both B/C and 1/2/3 express trains. Due to personal emergencies, I need to break the lease. The rent is currently at 2450, but I offer to cover both November and December. You have to sign a new 12 month lease with the landlord and can visit the place through their broker.
