Hi! I live in a two bedroom apartment on the Lower East Side and looking to find a new roommate to take the 2nd bedroom for a year long lease starting on May 1. It's a great apartment that I've lived in for 2.5 years. It's in a really fun neighborhood with so much to do, and we're off the back of the building so there is next to no noise. There is a fire escape that doubles as a great balcony, huge windows so we get tons of natural light, and a really big living area.
