On a tree lined street facing the backyard (quiet and peaceful in the apartment); at the same time it is a stones throw from all the bars and restaurants on second avenue. We've lived here for three years and have not fully explored all the restaurants in the 3-4 block radius.. there is always something new in the immediate neighborhood!
