We are two students who are looking for a third roommate to share our apartment with. The apartment is in Brooklyn, Midwood. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Our apartment is on the 4th floor, it's sunny and neat.

Your room is super large with a lot of daylight! It has three windows and is furnished: a new bed, a wardrobe, a bookcase and a table. There is an AC in the room.

The subway is only three blocks away. Both Q and B express trains will take you to the city within 35 minutes.
Grocery stores, local bakeries, banks, and Walgreens are on the way to the subway. There is a laundromat across the street from us.

The room is available for July 1st move in, or or June 20 if needed.
The rent is $820 plus one month deposit to move in.
