Due to Covid situation, we decided to stay in Europe instead of the States and thus looking for someone to take over our lease. The apartment is on the 30th floor, right on the shore of Jersey City, with an unparalleled view of Manhattan. It is located right next to the Newport PATH station, so it's 10 minutes from Manhattan by train.

The place is huge, 860 sqf.

The apartment has got all the appliances, including microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge.
Washer and Dryer are on each floor. The building has got a 24/7 doorman, shared lounge, rooftop.

There's a very beautiful neighborhood perfect for runners or families with kids. Right on the water, with multiple parks for adults and kids.

2 minutes from the building - Gym with the pool, pharmacy, grocery stores, coffee shops,
5 minutes from the building - Mall with like everything there

We really miss this place. :(

Since we could not come back, all the furniture can stay in the apartment for a bargain price. All of it is basically new, 1-year max in usage. It includes the following (but optional if you want to keep it):

My lease is until October and I'm looking for someone to take over the lease. A sublet is not an option here.

This is a great deal if you enjoy having beautiful views, a good neighborhood, and spacious apartments.
