I have lived in this apartment - which is the best home I've ever had - for the last 3 years. I am sad to go but I need to move out of state for personal and family reasons, so I'm looking for someone to takeover my lease. I just resigned in May so the take over would be from July 1st, 2020 - April 30th, 2021 with option to renew.
