There's a 6' x 8' room with window off the bedroom. The middle space is about 12 x 18 feet, not including the closets that line one side of the room. Apartment is a good set up for roommates. A third person could be accommodated by removing one of the closets in the living room and building a loft bed, but more than 2 adults is an additional cost. There is an unfinished basement that can be used for a studio, office, or storage that is also available for an additional fee. Cats are welcome, dogs are considered. WiFi is included, cable for $5/month.

The building is just one short block from McGorlick Park and is located close to many conveniences including Vinnie's Pizzeria, laundromat, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The house is located a short walk to the G at Nassau, the L at Graham Avenue, and the B34 bus is on the corner.
