Studio is on the ground floor in the back building so it's nice and quiet. There is a courtyard in this building so if you have a bicycle you have a place to safely store it. Apartment has a big window so good amount of natural light during the day. The studio is very clean (no bugs of any kind) and neighbors are quiet and respectful. I am looking for someone to take over the lease starting March 1st (or as early as Feb 18th or 19th). You will have to show proof of income and provide a guarantor (they will not run guarantors credit but it is management policy to have guarantor in file).

Location is awesome! Close to all LES has to offer and 6 min walk to the F train. Laundry Drop off across the street and laundromat around the corner. I am also selling my furniture in case you are interested!
