Manhattan

We have lived in this amazing REAL one bedroom apartment for 2.5 years and would stay forever if we weren't moving out of state. We love it and here's why you will love it too:

- LEASE TAKE OVER means NO BROKER FEES. Only pay the application fee to move in.

- VERY CLOSE to subways and buses. The 83rd street entrance to the Q is a 2 minute walk, the 4/5/6 station is about 10 minutes. The East River and Charles Schultz park are a very short walk to the east.

- STORAGE AND CLOSET space like you wouldn't believe. There are two closets, one is very deep with a DOUBLE DOWELL and huge amounts of shelving space. Above the bedroom closet, is EVEN MORE STORAGE SPACE. We have never had to rent a storage unit since moving in and we have so much stuff, so that's saying a lot. YOU WILL NOT FIND THIS AMOUNT OF CLOSET AND STORAGE SPACE anywhere else. Period.

- VERY HIGH vaulted ceilings makes it seem even more spacious

- NEW kitchen finishes with a full dishwasher, granite countertops, and backsplash. Open kitchen plan and breakfast bar area maximizes space.

- HARDWOOD FLOORS throughout the whole apartment. Tiling in kitchen and bathroom

- ONSITE super and ONSITE coin-op laundry in basement

- 4 windows look out onto private COURTYARD/GARDEN. I have literally never seen anyone out there and, since it doesn't face the street, there is no noise or light issues

- I have NEVER seen any bugs or rodents

- Great WATER PRESSURE in bathroom and kitchen.

- LOVE this neighborhood. 2nd Avenue is very fun and popular and new things keep opening all the time. Gyms (Equinox, NYSC, 92nd St Y), restaurants, coffee shops, schools, etc. Easy access to all of it. Close to a Whole Foods, Fairway, Morton Williams.

We are looking for someone to take over our lease. Flexible move-in date, between January 10th and February 1st. The lease is up 5/31/17, with the option to renew with management company. We have never had any issues with landlord and the super is a very sweet family man who lives onsite and is very helpful whenever you need him.

Let me tell you, we spent so much time finding this apartment. It is a true gem and I want to save you time in your search. $2,200 is a great price for the neighborhood, space, storage, proximity to subways, and onsite laundry. No hidden or additional fees. Must pay only application fee.
