Less than 1 Minute from the Montrose stop on the L train
10 Minutes walking from the J M Z Lorimer Street Station
11 Minutes walking to the G train Broadway Stop

The room in the last picture is $925 - it has a window that goes through one of the rooms at the top of the ceiling (so no one can see into the room or vice versa and you still get lots of sunlight)

The other room is facing the street, also has lots of sunlight and a large closet, this room is $975.

All you need to pay if the month of January! NO DEPOSIT.
