We currently have a lease with the building that ends at the end of Sep. Now as we plan to move out two months before the end of the lease, we are looking for someone to take over the lease for two months then if they like living in the building, sign a new leasing contract with the building.

Our monthly rent is $4300. We'll offer a discount of $200 per month for two months (August and September) in rent if you can take over the lease in the first week of August. The place can be furnished as much as needed, or not furnished at all. Please text or email to schedule viewing.
