With nearly 20 years of experience in the technology sector, I am also a DJ, drummer and percussionist, with a deep passion for global music, arts and culture.
I am leaving the space because I am moving to be closer to my parents. I will be showing the space. I am selling a queen sized bed with a new mattress and storage drawers, a dresser and a folding dining table.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Renters Insurance:
Two Trees Management requires all residents to obtain renter’s insurance. A Declarations Page from a valid Renter’s Insurance Policy, from a company of your choosing is required prior to move-in. All residing residents must be covered with a minimum personal liability of $100,000. Asset Insurance coverage maintained by Two Trees Management DOES NOT protect your personal property inside your apartment home, so we recommend opting for personal property coverage as well, the amount of coverage for that is up to you. Please forward our team a copy of your policy containing your new address as soon as you obtain it.
1st mo rent due within 72 hours of lease signing via certified bank check (or by credit card)
We will need the following from you (and your Guarantor if applicable):
- Photo ID (Must be a US Driver’s License or US VISA that expires after the lease end date)
- Proof of Income. Example: Employment letter dated within 60 days stating your annual income, job title and hire date (if self-employed, we will need the last 2 years of personal tax returns and a CPA letter stating annual earnings)
- Current bank statement that shows your name, the date, the balance, and last 4 digits of the account number
If you or your Guarantor is self-employed, we will require last 2 years of personal tax returns and a letter from a CPA stating annual earnings.
Also, please give your current landlord and employer the heads up that On-Site will contact them (via email, fax or phone) regarding rental and job references. That is an essential step on the application and is usually what takes the longest. If your current lease extends further than 60 days past the start date for your new lease at 300 Ashland; we will need a written letter from your current housing provider with details of your arrangements to break your current lease prior to the end date.
If you have pet you will be charged $30 a month per pet and we do require a picture of your pet.
If you plan to store your bike in our bike storage room you will be charged $25 a month for this.
If you wish to join the Amenity Space it will be a fee of $600 per year per person.
We also require a $250 move out fee that will be deducted from your security deposit upon move out that will be listed on your lease.
