I am looking for a subletter to take over my beautiful, very large, room in a 3 bedroom apartment.

The apartment is located in Sunset Park. It is 4 blocks away from the 36th st express stop with the D, N, and R trains. It is one block away from Sunset Park which offers breathtaking views of the city and the evening sunset. The apartment is also a 4 block walk to the newly revived Industry City where Brooklyn Flea and Smorgasburg are being held this winter. A 24 hour laundry mat and grocery store are within a 2 block radius. Sunset Park also hosts its own vodka distillery and brewery.

The other two roommates are amazingly clean, respectful, and quiet. Both are young artists with a knack for decor.

The ideal roommate would be someone young and responsible who has a job that requires them to work out of the house (as the other two roommates have days where they need quiet space to tape auditions). No smoking or pets.

The price of $900 includes a fully furnished bedroom (full bed, dresser, wardrobe, and side table) and all utilities (heat, hot water, gas, electric, wifi).

The sublet is available January 13-July 1st.

1st and last months rent due upon move in.
