Been in this gem of an apartment for the past 3 years but need to break my lease as I'm leaving town. Great space and easy going landlord. Sunny apartment with lots of closet space. This apartment is in prime Williamsburg. It's a 5 minute walk from the Bedford L. Your new neighborhood will include McCarren Park, tons of bars and restaurants (cheap and fancy), and all the other fun stuff that Brooklyn has to offer.

In the unit:
- fridge
- dishwasher
- gas stove
- HVAC unit
- microwave
- loads of closet space (2 full closets, 1 partial where the hot water heater is).

The unit is unfurnished but I can sell you some of the furniture. Electricity is usually about $75/month and gas is about $20/month.

The building has all the amenities you could want:
- doorman
- laundry in building
- gym
- secure bike storage
- beautiful shared rooftop

Seriously, I'd totally stay here forever, but I'm heading out of town. Need someone (maybe you, you lucky bastard) to pick up the lease from September 1, 2017 to the end of the lease, April 30, 2018. You'll have the option to renew at the end of the lease.

Usual conditions for a lease in NYC:
- good credit
- you have a decent job and/or a guarantor.
