Beautiful rooftop apartment with two private roof decks. High ceilings in a two bedroom, two bath duplex apartment. I would never leave this place, it is gorgeous, but I am moving to another city. I built a private roof deck with rose bushes, fake grass for the roof floor, patio chairs and raspberry bushes/flower plants, that I will be leaving to the next tenant along with the air conditioners. The apartment is very quiet with tons of light and is quite big. Top floor apartment with an interior staircase connecting the top and bottom portions of the duplex. Lots of storage space.

You will need to get a new 1 year lease from the landlord, just trying to help find the new tenant. This is really an awesome and unique apartment. First come first serve.

Next the 72nd street subway stations. One block from several big supermarkets. Two blocks from central park. Near gyms and resturants. The location cannot be better.
