Beautiful loft apartment located in the Loom building in an uprising neighborhood in Bushwick (Knickerbocker and Flushing ave). It's an insanely open, spacious apartment with an extra 0.5 room that works as a large walk-in closet or office and there's also a large storage room above the bathroom. The space is great for artists, photoshoots, etc. We currently use a bookshelf to divide the living and bedroom space. The 14ft ceilings are great for lofted beds and hammock chairs.

Details: We are offering this loft apartment at $2,300 / month (utilities not included) from ASAP-5/31. Our lease is up on 5/31 in which time you'll have the option to renew. Our current lease is $3,000/m but we think you can most likely renew for $2,800, but it's 100% up to you to negotiate with the building. Note: our rent hasn't changed since we moved in 2 years ago. Please have the expectation that you could end up paying $3,000/ month if you decide to renew the lease.
