I am having to break this lease due to a growing family.

Apartment is a beautiful over-sized studio in the heart of the city. It was extensively renovated by the landlord last year so you will be the second tenant living in a home with brand new stainless steel appliances and updated finishings.
Enjoy the sun-kissed living room with huge south facing windows that let in ample sunlight (I've grown a fair number of plants year round).

The building is located steps away from Greenwich village, East village and Union Square with the L,4,5,6,N,Q,R,W literally steps away. Amazing nightlife and great restaurants are all less than a few minutes walk away as is Whole Foods and Trader Joes.

There is laundry in the basement. I don't have a pet but I have seen pets in the building.

The furniture in the pictures is not my furniture but the ones that the landlord had put together when showing me the apartment while I was renting it (~1 year ago).
