This apartment was completely renovated before I moved in. It's on the first floor of a nice quiet building on 90th street. One bedroom is fantastic, facing the street, and gets tons of light. The other is nice, but a bit on the smaller side, with a window to the alley, so not a to of natural light. Since it's on the first floor, the ceilings are quite high, which gives extra storage space over the closets in each room.
