- Insane amount of closet/storage space (you will never have to throw anything away!)

- East 30th between Lexington and Third Avenues
- 100 walk score, 100 transit score, 80 bike score
- Walking distance to Grand Central and Penn Station, Madison Square and Union Square and the United Nations and NYU hospital
- Closest subway: 6 train at 28th and Park, or 33rd and Park (five minute walk to either)
- Closest supermarkets: Trader Joe’s at 31st and Third, or Fairway at 30th and Second (five minute walk to either), or... there are a ton of supermarkets in this neighborhood
- Secured entry with intercom
- Dog friendly
- Elevator
- Live-in superintendent
- Additional storage for rent in the building, but I can’t imagine anyone living in this apartment and needing more storage space

So wait, just how big is a 1,100 square foot apartment?

- I had a king size bed in the bedroom, and I could have fit a second king size bed in there, if I’d wanted to.
- I used some Ikea shelving to divide the living room in half, one side for my library and the other side to sit on my three-seater couch and watch movies on my projector, and never felt cramped.
