I'm moving out of state and looking for someone to take over my lease as of May 15th (date is flexible). It's a 1 bedroom converted into a 2. You'll have the private bedroom with walk-in closet. W/D in unit. Roommate works nights so it's a great way to reduce rent but feel like it's your own apartment.
