The building is cat & dog friendly. It's in a great, safe, neighborhoody spot on 78th &York- near many bus stops, the Q train, and the 6 train. I'm close to a bunch of restaurants, bars, stores, parks, and a running path on the river.

The apartment is a hardwood floor studio, with a separate kitchen from the rest of the apartment, full closet in the entry-way, full fridge, full bathtub, full stove/oven, etc.
