Pros:
Good bedroom sizes.
Nice hardwood floors & cabinets, granite counter tops & bathroom, exposed brick.
Close to express train at 86th st. and the new Q line (82nd and 3rd Ave)
Close to all the bars on 2nd Ave., and only 4 blocks from Central Park and The Met.
Very reasonable landlord (not always the case in NYC), no rodent/insect problems.
Laundry is not in building, but thereis a laundry drop off in the basement, and they deliver!

Cons: smaller living area and bathroom
