It's one of the lowest-cost studios in a nice location you'll find in Manhattan; just two blocks away from the 86th Street 2nd Ave Q Train. Dogs and cats are allowed. There is no laundry on-site, but there is a cleaners directly next to the building's entrance, and a laundromat two streets away.

The current lease lasts until January 31st, 2018, at which time you have the option of signing a new year lease. You would need $100 (application fee) + $1650 (security deposit) + $1650 (first month's rent) = $3,400 to move in.
