Lease Requirements
1. Everyone on lease has a combined annual income of at least $114700
2. Everyone on lease has a credit scores of at least 680
Or everyone has guarantor(s) with credit score(s) of at least 700 and combined annual income of at least $201500
3. Or if you have a minimum of 1 full years rent in savings and excellent credit we may be able to make it work.
