I’m looking to rent a furnished private bedroom/bath in MY luxurious condo located in Santa Monica. Person should be a female graduate student or f/t professional who is quiet. Parking on street w/permit. Walking distance to blue lines. No pets but must like dogs. No smoking/drugs or loud noises.
