Ideally looking to move out of my place by end of January. Looking for a chill replacement tenant who's interested in living near LMU with four other independent and down-to-earth young men (early 20's to early 30's)! There are two bathrooms in the house but I share one of them with the tenant who lives in the back house. Common areas include a backyard, front living room with Roku, shared kitchen (two refrigerators), washer and dryer, and a common space in the back house that I've been using as a studio/ workspace while other roommates have used to film audition tapes and/ or just hang out (not included in photos). The room is big enough for a bed, dresser, and clothes rack (no closet). It's very bright (three windows) and you can have a separate entrance either through the back patio or the bathroom.
