I am a 26 year old musician (I never practice at home), graduate from University of Virginia, who has been living in NYC for 5 years. I love the Flatbush/Ditmas Park neighborhood. This apartment is walking distance to the 2/5 trains at Newkirk Avenue station and the B/Q express strains at Newkirk Avenue station. The apartment is right on Flatbush Avenue, so it's pretty centrally located. Only a 20 minute walk to Prospect Park.

Looking for clean, respectful people in their 20s or 30s. Must pay 1-month security deposit.
