You must meet income guidelines, and submit financial information like bank statements, tax returns, employment verification, etc. in order to rent an apartment.

The apartment is a spacious wheelchair accessible studio apartment with a separate kitchen, a very big bathroom, and tons of closet space. Most notably, this unit has view of Manhattan. I've watched the Macy's day fireworks for the last 2 years right from my apartment window. The NYC ferry is less than a 5 minute walk away.

Income requirements range between $72,686 - $110,220 for one person.
