ADORABLE 2 bedroom in the West Village. I have called this apartment home for 5 years and now it is time to move on! If I leave it they will put up a nasty brokers fee so I am hoping I can help you out by having you take over my lease. What it lacks in amenities it makes up for in the location and overall good layout.


It is on the second floor of a walk up building right near the west 4th stop (ACEBDF) and the Houston stop on the 1. The apartment is a railroad layout with one bedroom by the door(this is the smaller bed room) and one bedroom on the other side of the apartment on the window. The ceilings are really high and there are ceiling fans which help a lot in the summer. There isn’t a dishwasher which sucks but you get used to it lol and you can either send out you laundry (which I do) or there is a laundry mat across the street.
