The apartment has window(s) in every room, facing the back of the building, so no need to worry about street noise. It gets a good amount of natural light during the day. The unit has one large closet and a smaller closet at the end of the entryway. The bedroom can fit a queen-size bed and still has room for a nightstand. The building is a walk-up and apartment is on the fourth floor.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease which expires on March 31, ideally someone who can move in as early as February 10-14. The new tenant will need to be reviewed and approved by the landlord.
