Address is Woodside, Queens but it's basically Sunnyside 😀
AMAZING area with lots of supermarkets , FANTASTIC restaurants with various random cafes sprouting up all around and its such a super safe wonderful melting pot neighborhood !
The apt is inbetween subway stations on the number 7 train - its a 6-8 minute walk to either the 40th or 46th street stops - absolutely an easy and fast commute to anywhere in Manhattan, Brooklyn & within Queens !

I am looking for someone who is VERY clean, responsible, FRIENDLY and low key.
I don't mind guests coming to stay for a few days but def we try to keep the noise level to a minimum ( no shoes in the apt ) especially being on tbe top floor.

About me:
I am a single male. I am a Juilliard classically trained violist playing on Broadway and in Lincoln Center with various groups along with many other projects around the city. I am also a teacher of the Alexander Technique teaching at NYU and I also teach Suzuki violin/ viola at Third Street Music Settlement so I am a pretty busy guy running around A LOT so it's important for me that i come home to a peaceful & friendly atmosphere 😀
