We are looking for someone with good credit, and proof of income to help us break our lease in June.

We are trying to move across country for a job opportunity starting July and our current lease runs out at the end of October.

Studio is very spacious, can be furnished if you need furniture, and gets lots of light.

We also have central air, and all utilities included.

Laundry is just down the hall. We have elevator access, street parking is available, and there is a designated bike storage area.

The grocery store, Foodtown is a five minute walk from the apartment, and the F train is just 10 minutes walk. It takes 30 minutes total from door to door to get to Times Square.

It is very quiet. You can open the window and hear seagulls.

We absolutely loved this space, and are sad to be leaving, but we don’t belong in NYC anymore.
