Due to an amazing job opportunity in CA, I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my beautiful studio on the Upper East Side by Feb 1st.

24 hr doorman, awesome building management and maintenance, elevators, rooftop sun deck, fully equipped gym (included in rent), big laundry room in building, nice and friendly neighbors

The Neighborhood:
Building is right by the 96th St 6 train, Starbucks, CVS and grocery store, 5 min walk to Central Park, lots of restaurants, bars and shopping in walking distance
