Move in date is 2-3 weeks from agreement - and the apartment is ready for new tenant as a sublet or take over the lease 2250 without any furniture. Furniture is negotiable or can be moved out.

Some of my furniture is there now and some can be bought - all new and just bought, in excellent/new condition - if there isnt interest in the furniture, I can move it out in an agreed upon timeframe.
