This apartment is on the 11th floor and has fantastic windows and views! We love this apt and the building, but sadly have to move because we are expanding our family.

Amenities include: w/d in unit, gym, outdoor grill and lounge area, rooftop with grill, playground for kids, bike storage, and clothing donation box. The apartment building has amazing doormen and easy package pick-up. Easy access to nearly any train you need: A, C, B, Q, R, F, G, 2, 3, & 4, 5.

This apartment is a lease takeover. You will have the option to renew the lease if you choose, which occurs on September 30th.

We are not currently showing the apartment due to covid19 safety concerns, but can do a video tour depending on schedules. We are also happy to send more detailed photos!
